1. Shipping region and delivery time
    Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Germany, covering the European Union and major countries around the world.
    Processing time: It takes 15 to 30 working days for inventory preparation and quality inspection after placing an order (the period may be extended for customized products or promotional items).
    Transportation time
    Within the European Union: 3-7 working days (DHL/DPD
    International transportation: 10-25 working days (varies depending on the customs policies of the destination)
    Note: The time limit does not include the customs clearance time. It is recommended that customers check the import taxes and fees in their home country in advance.
  2. Freight charges and delivery methods
    Eu orders: Free standard shipping for orders over €50, and a charge of €4.99 will be applied for orders less than €50. Optional express service (+€9.99).
    International orders: Shipping fees are calculated by weight (real-time display on the checkout page), and we support EMS or UPS economy models.
  3. Logistics tracking and notification
    After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link (email address: mechano@ccupcupmal.com). Please make sure the email address is correct.
    If you do not receive the shipping notice within 30 days, please check your spam folder first or contact us by email to verify the order status.
  4. Customs and Taxes
    Non-eu orders may incur tariffs, which shall be borne by the recipient. It is recommended to estimate the cost through the EU tariff calculator.
  5. Return and Damage Handling
    Transportation damage: Free exchange is available if photo evidence is provided within 7 days of signature for receipt.
    Address error: If the item is returned due to the customer’s incorrect filling, the shipping fee needs to be paid again for shipment.
